Building First PC to replace last two
So I need a new PC. My last two died, one from a DIGITAL STORM and one that a "Friend" built for me. The first one burned out, and the second one kept restarting.

I play heavy games with VR games too, I also make 3D renders so I need beefy and that one was perfect, but I want to build my own so it's not so expensive
PLEASE HELP!!!
