Need Help with my build. Overkill in some areas? What am I missing?

Do you need all 3 hard drives? the m2 samsung 2T, 2.5 ssd 2TB, and Seagate 8TB ???
I usually have ssd for operating system, and hard drive for other types of date graphics/videos/….etc. but that's just me, some gamings/video editing…not heavy super duper stuffs :)
