So right now, I am looking at starting a new/first build. I don't want to break the bank as much as possible but I do want quality gameplay. With the pc, I want to play games more like CSGO, R6, and other similar games. I have an Xbox series S and game-pass to play most triple-A games. Since I am new I don't know exactly everythin just stuff from watching YouTube. Here are the parts I have right now…

Cooling - Hyper 212 CPU Air Cooler ($30)

Case - Phanteks XT Pro ($50)

(P.s This is all being bought in American and the CPU, MB, and ram are all part of a bundle.)
