Need Help Choosing Parts

Podcast editor building a PC for the first time. I've gotten by with my pre-build for the last 5 yrs doing mainly virtual recordings. We're moving towards working only with clients with who record in person, multi-cam, 4k video with large files that are going to absolutely destroy the pre-build. Hence, me building a PC. I've spent the last few days scouring reddit trying to piece together the best parts for my needs but would love any feedback on the overall build. It will mostly be used for video editing, maybe some gaming once in a blue moon. World of Warcraft is about as intensive as it gets for me on that front. I want a good, reliable build that'll last me a while, but I also don't want to go overkill and pay for specs I don't necessarily need. TIA!
