Amd missing reward

hey there. i just bought an amd ryzen 7800x3d cpu , and just today realized i should get an amd reward for this. how to i get my redemption code?

I'm having the same issue. I bought two AMD products - 9700X processor and RX 7800 XT GPU. My receipt shows nothing about redemption codes, and the emailed receipt doesn't show anything either.

Same. Bought 9700X and did not get a code.

This reddit post says,

"Just chatted with a Microcenter (MC) customer service agent about a game coupon I thought I should have received and asked about promotional game offers in general. So even if your purchase is with the manufacturer's promotional window, you might not get a game coupon. Some retailers have a finite amount of coupons to give out and have to request more from the manufacturer when they run out during the promotional period. AMD also gives MC separate coupons for GPU and CPU. MCs AMD GPUs should have the MH Wilds coupons according to the customer service agent but they are waiting on the CPU coupons they requested from AMD. YMMV"

Thanks - I got both a GPU and a CPU, but I got a 9700XT, which I do not think is available for the coupon. :( Sad…
