Hey, i got my pc from microcenter aboiut a year and a half ago and been running amazingly but about a month ago by RBG for the pc randmomly just stopped working and idk what i can do. i have the powerspec G447. please help

Probably a dead controller. Are you comfortable bypassing the controller and connecting an ARGB fan directly to the board just to confirm?

im not sure, do i have to buy something for that

No, the controller is behind the back panel. All the RGB for the case fans and AIO run into it. You just move one cable to the board. If the RGB works, we'll know it's the controller and we can send one out.

Take the rear panel off. You'll see a black PCB with several cables coming out of it. RGB on the left, fans on the right. Take one of the RGB's and connect it to the board. If you're not sure, bring it in. We can check it in store.
