If money wasn't an issue, but you could only ever buy/build ONE rig for life

Finding myself in a strange situation after a motorcycle accident a few years back. Long story short I'm lucky to be alive and gaming and video creation are keeping me going on days when i cannot walk. I have a large lump sum coming from the accident, but afterwards my fixed income will not be enough to continue to upgrade or buy parts for a rig.
So after several years of thought, and a TON of help and knowledge from my cousin, I have decided to invest in a high performance PC that i can game, stream, record & edit video, as well as mess around with unreal engine 5. This PC needs to last literally a lifetime with as little room for error as possible.
So far this is about what I have come up with, but my question to you is, if money was not an issue only ONCE in your life, what would you put into a rig that could do ANYTHING?

-Gigabyte x870E pro (i think it is)
-9950x or 9800X3D (torn gaming & creating priority)
-RX 9070 (hopefully if it doesn't get scalped)
-Tridents fastest RAM 4x24GB (i think it is)
-lian li gallahad II AIO
-lian li LCD V2 fans 3x 3 pack
-lian li LCD V2 exhaust fan
-Seasonic 1300 watt PSU
-lian li strimer RGB cables/controller
-NVME 8TB (for speedy read write)
-SSD min. 16TB (for backup 8TB & general storage 8TB)
-x2 4K monitors (Samsung or MSI)
-el gato capture card?
-microphone recommendations?
-Camera recommendations?

I'm also torn between case fans, and a custom water cooling loop. I need this rig to be able to last absolutely as long as possible, so I don't know if the difference water cooling will make will make the difficulty I will have maintaining the water system worthwhile. Any insights into water cooling welcome!

But at the end of the day, this project of mine has been a very fun thought experiment, so I figured while asking for advice I would probe a thought for yall as well. If money weren't an issue once, and only once in your lifetime, how would you build the best & most reliable long lasting rig you can imagine? Thanks for the time yall! Stay blessed!
