Cannot add an in-store order to my account

Dear MC community,

I want to add an in-store order to my account using the reference number and total price. I went to "Your Account" - "Orders" - "Add An Order". I typed in the reference number and the total price. But I got the error "Unable to add order". I made this order a few days ago and this is the problem since I made the purchase. I asked the store staff why this is happenning and they had no clue either. Does any MC community member ever encounter this problem? What would be the solution?
