Need Help Choosing Parts

Hi I'm a first-time PC builder and I have chosen the Radeon 7800xt GPU, I'm not sure whether I should spend an extra 100$ on the 9 9900x or if I should go for the 7 9700x CPU. For that extra 100$ on the 9 9900x, the bundle also comes with a mobo that has wifi, whereas the 7 9700x comes with a mobo without wifi for 100$ less.
