Is it My Fans? My AIO? My System? or Me?!?

Hello, just to state, I am not a Wiz when it comes to technology, I dable but don't main the experience , with that being said
I have had my computer for about 2-3 years now has ran FINE throughout its life time
I built it back in 2022 & the system contains
an i9 processor with a asus Z690-E (ROG ddr5 atx) motherboard ,
2x 32GB “Crucial “ CL40 Ram,
3080 RTX Geforce,
1000w power supply ,
and a Lian Li Galahad 360mm RGB AIO cooling system
In the past I would use the computer all day everyday with no problem or issues whatsoever, as of late I haven't had the need to use the system as I just got a ps5 (so the system has been off most of the time)
just recently (roughly between the last months of 2024) noticed whenever I turn on the system and run some minor things like internet browsing, or even getting on a few games (phas, Fortnite, Minecraft) NO MATTER WHAT
it runs hot, like 88°C hot, I turned on some setting to lower power usage in the BIOs menus
and even tried some programs on windows that I can control the fans and AIO, but nothing seems to cool it
I do only have 2 fans (one for exhaust & one for pulling in cold air), is that a problem?
do i need more fans?
does the air pull in from the inside of the system towards the radiator & out for the AIO, or from the outside in?
do i need a new AIO cooling system?
Does the coolant run out of AIO? Should i add more?
Should i check my thermal paste between the cpu & Cooling system?
am i missing something?
ANY tips are GOOD tips!

It doesn't look like you have any intake fans on the front of your case. I also see two spaces on the side where you could put more fans.

@eagle789 , do you recommend anything else besides the need of more fans?

i can't see but what size radiator do you have? If you have room, bump up to a 360mm.
