New PC now crashing multiple times per day

I have a recently-purchased very-high-end PowerSpec (late 2024) which starting yesterday is now crashing multiple times per day. It's an instant shut-off and then restart, no BSOD. It is plugged directly into the wall (no surge suppressor or continuous power supply), and I have not introduced any new software or processing loads, and the system loads are very light at the crashes (browser, Outlook, one or two MS Office applications).

Event viewer (showing that it happened once a few days back, and three times a day since yesterday) and system specs below.

Curious if there's a straightforward solution to this.

Unlikely but lets use HWINFO64 to check temps: https://www.hwinfo.com/download/

Just to see if anything is massively off. Temps would cause a thermal shutdown, not a restart. Most likely it's an intermittent power loss. PSU is most likely, board VRM is possible but less likely. We can try the OCCT power stability test: https://www.ocbase.com/
