Over the weekend for the third time I have gone to wait prior to store opening to get a RTX 5090 and for the third time in a row getting there 5 hours before opening I am 5th or 6th in line and miss out. The first 4 people all three times were the SAME EXACT people and each time they have walked away with a GPU. This time I lost it however, the gentleman right in front of me in line got his voucher and proceeded to take a picture of it and list it on OfferUp before even entering the store. It is his 5th 5090 since launch. I thought a system was in place to avoid this, but apparently not. I am not sure what the solution is but what is being done isn't working.

Also, I have confirmed with an Asus CS Rep that this card would not qualify for warranty because it was purchased new from an unauthorized reseller even if the purchaser has a receipt.
