Goal: Higher-end price-to-performance Build--Need Help Choosing Parts

Hello out there Micro Center Community,

My goal is to go for a higher end price-to-performance build without getting too crazy with the absurd Nvidia GPU prices.

Does this look like a pretty solid build to achieve this goal? I enjoy gaming, streaming, and want to get into music production in the near future. I'd like for this computer to be able to do all these core "basics" screaming fast.

I'm not too worried about future proofing and have been using my old computer since 2013 that I built, so I figured it's time to splurge and upgrade a bit.

My biggest question at this time is, is the Gigabyte-B650 optimal/efficient or do I need to upgrade the motherboard to something else? Recommendation?
