Recommendations on my Ryzen 7 7800X3D Raphael Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX 9070XT GAMING OC Build

Hello, I'm looking to build my first PC and I'm sure that I want a RX 9070Xt.

Normally I wouldn't get the Ryzen 7 7800X3D but the bundle deal made it worth. I want to maintain the black color scheme and I do appreciate RGB. Ideally a 9070xt that can be OC and has RGB would be great but I want to maintain the 1.6k price range so the Gigabyte 9070xt will do as it is OC and is at the MSRP of $600. Any recommendations or changes I can make to reduce the price for little performance sacrifice or squeeze a little more performance for the price range?
