Complaint for Hardware Troubleshooting Services

Hi all,

I'd like to lodge a complaint against your hardware troubleshooting services. This afternoon I wasted an hour of time driving out to your Northern NJ store after scheduling a diagnostic appointment, only to be told that it would not be possible to service my device because it has a Ubuntu Linux OS.

First, nowhere on your entire page about these services does it say that there is a requirement for the device to use Windows. Nor is there a statement forbidding Linux.

Second, I'm not certain why my OS would prevent my hardware from being troubleshot by your team. I understand that your diag tools may run only on Windows, but if I believe my graphics card is experiencing a hardware malfunction, I don't understand why it wouldn't be possible to take it out of my machine and put it on a test bench that has Windows.

Very disappointed in the service I did not receive today.
