Inland GM-76 Software not Working
Behemo

I recently purchased this mouse, but I can’t seem to get the software for it to work. When I try to apply any changes for the buttons, it just says “Device is disconnected” (like below). I’ve tried to remove it from my windows Device Manager and restarted my computer, but that didn’t work. I’ve also unplugged it and plugged it into other USB ports, but that hasn’t done anything either.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

I am having the exact same issue. Just purchased the mouse today and wondering if I need to return it.
