Intel i9 13th Gen CPU RMA question

Hello,

I purchased a Powerspec G472 on in August of 2023 and bought the 2 year extension plan for $279. I've flashed to the latest BIOS update yet I'm still experiencing intermittent crashes with this CPU. I've used the PC practically every day for at least 6 months after purchase which was well before this issue was even discovered so I'm concerned there's permanent damage and would like to replace it under Intel's RMA program. I'm 90 minutes from my nearest MC (Cambridge) so I'd like to know what the process is and especially if the replacement can be done "same day" as I use the PC for work on a daily basis. Any guidance is appreciated.

We'll certainly take care of it and replace the CPU. We do have to diagnose the system and verify the issue. It'll depend on the store, but it's likely it would need to be left overnight for diagnostics.
