Low-Medium End PC Help ($2000)

I need help picking parts. I have a pretty solid idea of what I want, though I'm not sure what parts I should put in. Gonna run mostly low end steam games, Minecraft, and maybe Microsoft Office.

Max $2,000 budget.
Motherboard must last me a while since it'd be really hard to replace it.
Intel CPU, preferably one that's high end because I'm not sure if I can replace it without help.
GPU, preferably RTX.
RAM, probably gonna upgrade it later
Storage must hold Windows, a touch of Linux, and more to hold several medium sized games, plus some documents and apps.
Rather not deal with a hard drive, don't ask why
A touch of cooling, a sprinkle of power, and a case to hold it all.

Side note, is the same day pro assembly and/or the warranty worth it?
