I have to admit, it's frustrating when there's no clear information about a highly anticipated store opening. Especially when Micro Center helps, admins, staff and etc point to the page. What's the point of having a website if it doesn’t provide any meaningful or useful updates? For instance, why was the opening date delayed? What’s causing the holdup, and why hasn’t Micro Center been able to set or share a definitive timeline for an opening? It’s also surprising how little they’ve promoted the opening. It feels like Micro Center has really dropped the ball, not just in communicating with potential customers in Santa Clara and therefore the Bay Area as a whole, but also in managing a definitive time for the opening of a store.

What’s even more disappointing is that the construction crew on site seems to have more reliable information than Micro Center itself. That reality is incredibly disheartening. It almost feels like they’re trying to quietly abandon the project, which I truly hope isn’t the case. I want to see this store open, and I hope these issues are acknowledged and addressed soon. 2025 is so broad of an opening date, it's not even close to being useful.
