Microcenter sucks
I paid for them to set up my computer. They couldn't do it. They did install windows 11 on the computer and used the cord that came with the hp laptop. But, they did not return the cord to the box before sending me home with the computer. I'm just trying to get my Microsoft account set up on this. They made up an email address for me I did not approve. They said they put a password in the box. They did not. I have no way to recover it. I purchased tech support they said was in the states… Columbus, OH. That does not appear to exist. This purchase was a total bit of fraud and complete scam. What should I do. Conveniently, the stores don't have phones so you can't call them and I'm not taking the machine in to them. Too far. I think the best thing is to report this fraud on my credit card?
