PC Booting Slow After Update/Stutters
A few things. I rebuilt my computer back in March with the new 9950X3D with the MSI MAG X870E TOMAHAWK, SEASONIC VERTEXGX1000, CORSAIR 32GB 6000, SAMSUNG 990 PRO & NVIDIA 4080 FE. After doing a windows update I restart and it'll get to the bios screen loading the new update but stutters/lags when loading and in order to get to fully boot up I have to hold the power button to restart it and it works fine. My other issue is when I plug in or unplug anything USB related the whole computer stutters/lags for a few seconds and goes back to normal. I'm lost on what's going on. Help would be appreciated.
