Trying to custom build from a broken Alienware Aurora r16

Hi! So I have an out of warranty r16 that the cpu seems to have busted after trying to replace the AIO myself, so I'm trying to get a custom build going for longevity while saving as much money as feasible.

To my understanding (which is not much, I'll say), I have the following parts that I can carry over / have on-hand:

R16:
- NVIDIA GTX 4070 Ti
- 1 TB SSD

On-Hand:
- Corsair NAUTILUS 240 ARGB Liquid CPU Cooler

I think the GPU and SSD is realistically all I can take into a custom build, unless I'm heavy overthinking things. So then I need a Mobo, CPU, PSU, RAM, and a Case? Maybe some fans?

Would a bundle like the AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX v2, G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB DDR5-6000 Kit, Computer Build Bundle from Microcenter work fine for integrating all this together? Was also thinking of getting a mini tower case, but the case doesn't matter nearly as much.

Thanks for your patience in advance, fairly new to building PCs and trying to learn as much as I can. Any recommendations would help as well. Usually I like playing RPGs, Modded Minecraft, and some AAA single-player titles like Clair Obscur, Ghosts of Tsushima, Cyberpunk 2077, etc.
