After Windows 11 Install, Browsers in Background sluggish while Gaming
After i was forced to upgrade to windows 11, i noticed that my browsers (Chrome, Opera, Firefox) all seem to be slow whenever i am playing games. I started noticing since i usually play youtube in the background.
I was wondering if this is a windows 11 specific issue or something more since i didn't notice this before when i was on windows 10. This seems to only happen when i am running a game and normally go back to normal if i alt-tab out of the game. Is there something i could do? I was told it just might be an AMD bug with their drivers
