Battery Backup Warranty
Hello. I purchased a battery backup system on June 28, 2023. There is a 2-year warranty on the battery, which is alerting me that it needs to be replaced, so I need to do it quickly. I received an email from Micro Center when I bought it, but I have deleted that email. I do have a reference number of 141-PO-16679065. Can you help me?

Call customer service directly. Most people here wont be able to help as it seems to be just a user form these days, and I see MANY unanswered questions.
Though I do hope you have this figured out by now since it's a month later.
