I’m looking to play CS2 at 1080p, maybe 1440

I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice. https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder-amd.aspx?load=0ece9a16-6d85-40df-8c88-44b657b997e2

  • Ok so I would think what you have listed can get the job done for what you're looking for. The 9060 XT looks to be a good deal. It's out of stock for the time being. The NVME SSD looks to be a pretty good choice as well as the PSU.

If I could suggest the following:

    1. I saw in your build you have a total of $350 for the processor, mobo and RAM. I saw a bundle with an arguably and slightly better processor in the Ryzen 7 7700X, bigger mobo (ATX rather than micro-ATX) but has more expandability and the RAM still adds up to 32 GB.'*
    2. I noticed an 850W PSU that was just $10 more. Not sure if you're considering upgradability down the road for this build or not.
    3. The case you chose doesn't come with fans, so you'll likely have to add them. I picked a case that is similar in price that includes fans.
    4. You picked a heatsink for your CPU. You may want to consider an AIO cooler.

Here's the link for those suggested changes. Just about $50 over. Well just my two cents right, but feel free to take a look and let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
