Need Help Choosing Parts

I have a budget of around 1000 dollars I can go over or under, but I just want to play high end games at 60-120 FPS and also be able to develop my own game. My preferences are, AMD GPUs and CPUs, single color scheme (Preferably white but idc), I want plenty of airflow, and I don't have to have RGB, but it would be preferred.
