Price Protection-Will MC price refund if the Item lowers within 30 days but item no longer in stock

Say I have buy the last laptop at the store for $1000. after 15 days it comes to $900 but this store does not have stock, other locations have it in stock. Will they refund me $100 if I reach out to the store , even though item is not in stock at the store I bought?
