Power spec PC G235 no display

Hi everyone. I am a gamer with a PowerSpec Pc and recently I've been running into trouble with my PC. What happens is I will turn on my PC all the lights and LEDS come on and then I looked my monitor and there is no signal.
Does anyone know a fix to this? I cannot locate a CMOS battery so I'm not sure how to reset my bios because I have no picture or anything when I start up my PC

First thing is to figure out whether it's a video problem or a no POST. Toggle your caps lock on your keyboard. Does the light come on?
