Don't buy the Windows license for full price, maybe use a website like G2A or CDKeys.

I think a 9070XT would be a similar GPU in performance, and you can get them pretty close to MSRP. But it's a use case scenario depends on what your needs are for the PC.

Thermalright does sell AIO that outperform their air coolers and sell for a similar price point. Check out the Aqua Elite V3 on Amazon, it sells for roughly 55 dollars

Also, your motherboard supports up to Wi-Fi 6E, I'm not sure that router would be utilized for it Wi-Fi 7 spec. You can find a Wi-Fi 6E router for half that price.
