PowerSpec g231 psu and case question

Options

What cpu could i pair with a small zotac 4070 on the base psu (650w)?

And if i have to upgrade my psu, is there a specific size for it? what lian li case does the g231 use? i only know my pc model name, and cant find a parts list anywhere on google anymore.

Ever since i bought this pc in 2022 i replaced the 3050 with a 4070 and upgraded the ram to 32gb 16x8 3200mhz ram. And ive been playing newer multiplayer games on medium settings with some vr games too. I noticed only after the warranty that my 12400f the pc came with was a "lemon" (after i explained to a friend some games had rendering issues) even before the gpu upgrade, i was thinking on getting a new cpu but i have no clue if i should get a new psu too since 650 is pretty low, i want a cpu that could run vr games with little issue, just enough to not give me a headache.

I apologize that this question is unorganized, and will appreciate any form of help. Thank you.

Target max power consumption should be about 455W. Subtract the card and board, leaves you 200W for the CPU. 12700K does about 190W max power consumption, that's your max upgrade with the 12th gen to be safe. You can use those numbers to shop around.
