Custom build questions

I have a custom build that I would like built but have some hopefully easy to answer questions before I make the trek to my local MC to have it done.

1. I chose a bundle with an available RAM upgrade. I would like to make the upgrade but the online tool says to see store associate. Rather than purchasing my build online, would I need to submit my build in person in order to get the upgrade?
2. I'm not seeing the option to include an anti-sag bracket for the GPU. Is that something I can bring in and have installed at the time of the build? Will this change the assembly fee at all?
3. I would like to add an SSD from my current PC. If I brought it in could it be installed during the build assembly? Again, does this change the assembly fee at all?
   1. Assuming the SSD can be added during the build, does this affect the warranty of the other parts?
   2. Assuming the SSD cannot be added during the build, if I add it myself later does that affect the warranty of the other parts?
