First time building/creating a PC. Would like feedback.

Hello, I'm Mem!

As mentioned in the title, I’m planning to build my first ever PC. I’ve been browsing parts, checking compatibility, and asking a few of my PC-having friends, but I wanted to bring what I’ve put together so far to this community for feedback. I’d love suggestions, or any changes you think would be a better fit for my needs.

What I’ll be using it for:
🎮 Gaming: Rivals, Final Fantasy, Steam games, and AAA titles
📷 Editing: I’m a photographer, so I’ll be using Adobe Creative Cloud (mostly Photoshop & Lightroom, maybe some video editing + graphic design work)
📡 Streaming: I’d like to stream both PC and console games, similar to what I’ve done occasionally on PS5
🎓 School: I’m going back for Business, plus some side courses tying to my photography business
📺 Streaming services: YouTube, Twitch, Netflix, etc.

Budget:
I’d like to keep the PC itself between $2,500–$3,000. Including the PC and accessories (monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, etc.), I’d like to stay as close to $3k total as possible, unless going slightly over is necessary for better performance or longevity.
