Where can I report an issue with this site?
I see nothing about contacting anyone about the site itself.
Here is the issue: I wrote a review about a product, then I began to answer a customer's question about that same product. As I did so, the website asked for my nickname. Fine, so I used the same name that I used for the review . . . whereupon I got a message "the name is already in use." Well, duh!! It's me! It seems like that's rather thoughtless development, as I would think marketing would want to know the same person is a buyer and a reviewer and an answerer of questions.
