Is there a place to download an official restore image for PowerSpec G755?

I bought one for my daughter last week and after hooking it up and loading her games she was getting errors video card does not meet min requirements on a couple games. Tonight I started downloading windows updates and current drivers and the computer BSOD. Tried rebooting and it fails every time. I have tried booting in safe mode but says the only account on the PC does not have a pin and cannot sign in. I tried letting Windows run a repair but it also fails as soon as it tries to start the repair. I feel like Windows is just hosed and needs to be reloaded. I have no issues reloading with reg Windows 11 image but not sure what that would do with the warranty and getting support if this turns out to be more than just a corrupted drive and is hardware related.

For those wondering here are some of the stop codes it has given. It is a different error almost every time I have been able to see it.

Stop Code: 0xc000021a

Stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_HANDLED (0X1E)

Stop code: HYPERVISOR_ERROR (0X20001)

Stop code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED(0X7E) What failed: RTKVHD64.SYS

No, you can make a Windows 11 install drive here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

We put everything on Windows Update, so just run that and all the drivers will come back down. Though HYPER_VISOR failure makes me think potentially a bad IO die. Worth checking the OS first.

@PowerSpec_MikeW Thank you for the information! I was hesitant to reload the OS as I did not know if PowerSpec would still honor the warranty if I reloaded the OS and it was not their "official" image.
