Powerspec PC wont connect to Eero wifi extender via ethernet, is there a fix?

Hi i have a Powerspec G455 and cannot get it to connect to my wifi extender via ethernet, even when plugged in it shows a wifi connection and the eero extender is not picking it up. I have tested the extender and ethernet on other pcs and they work fine, and the PC in question will connect directly to the router via ethernet no issues just not to the eero extender. Ive tried re installing the drivers and had micro center remote in and trouble shoot and they thought it could be something custom with the BIOS that is preventing this? the motherboard is an MSI PRO Z890-P WIFI and the extender is an Eero 7.

Thanks!

NIC's have their own firmware, it has absolutely nothing to do with the BIOS. It could just be a simple compatibility issue. Put a switch between the PC and WIFI Extender, that would be solid proof. From there it's up to the NIC manufacturer and Eero to fix it, which is difficult and time consuming.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
