Inland SSD warranty claim

How do I submit a warranty claim for a SSD that failed (purchased via Amazon)?

  • I have an Inland 2TB SSD drive, which I purchased from Amazon on July 11, 2024. I use the drive in a MacPro Late 2013 Calendar computer. It recently stopped being recognized by the computer and the external case.

    I need to return the damaged SSD Drive and get one that works. I am sending you the purchase order invoice from Amazon. Please advise me on the action being taken to resolve the defective product.
