G521 monitior and booting issues

After i reboot pc or shutoff or shutoff moniors (4)...the pc shows black screens. windows ctl shift b doesnt do anything.
if i hold down power button and shutoff and turn back on pc works.
any ideas?
i tried bios and nvidia update and still issues.
