How to add P.O. Box?

Ok, I just recently ordered a webcam, and did see an option for a P.O. box. I am in college, so that's why I need to give the P.O. box number. I only realized the possible problem after I ordered. So I tried calling customer service. Though I didn't get a call because they were too busy. My problem with the customer service is that none of the dial option were close to what I need: To ask about adding a P.O. box number to the order. The only thing that stuck to me was canelling and returns. So, I was wondering if anyone knew if I had to transfer delivery services to get the P.O. box num. option? My order if any employees come across this is #20013905, and P.O. box num. is 08422.
