I've run into this issue when checking out as a guest.

I don't know if my order was placed or not because upon completing payment I was sent back to an empty cart.

Looking up my information based on the email address I provided failed with the above error and I did not receive a confirmation email.

The domain for my email is passmail.net. If there is some kind of allow-list for email domains it would be great if passmail.net could be added.

I created a temporary email address so that I could log in here and provide this feedback.

I'm not sure how many others have run into this problem at guest checkout and have simply shopped somewhere else. I was about to shop somewhere else myself, but I've really enjoyed my in-person visits to Micro Center and so I wanted to put in the time to figure this out.
