NO GOP DETECTED

Im trying to switch to uefi mode and enable secure boot but keep getting this error after I save changes and reboot in bios.

Error message "There is no GOP (Graphics Output Protocol) support detected in this card. *BIOS CSM/UEFI Mode' settings in BIOS will be changed to 'CSM"."

I have done a clean windows install, bios update, vbios update, and replaced motherboard. I also tried powering gpu with a 12 pin and 2 8 pin with the adapter. I have tried to use the most recent 3 updates for bios and vbios. Contacted MSI and Nvida and got no help and they haven't answered in over a week.

When I put in my old gpu I have no error message and get everything to work correctly. How come a brand new fully updated 5070 won't work and how can I resolve this issue?

Motherboard- MSI B650 P Wifi

Power Supply- Corsair fully module 1000w
