I was hoping to upgrade or at least replace my existing RAM. I know it is frivolous, but I miss having them light up - RGB. I am not totally sure what modules are currently in the machine. They may be G.Skill. Part number F5-6000J3238G32G. I was hoping to replace them with something either better or at least lights up. However, when I looked at the memory support list for the Gigabyte X870E AORUS PRO ICE motherboard, the only option - at my current 64GB capacity - was even more barebones.

I am not totally sure what to make of the motherboards memory support list. Or what it really means etc. I hope there are some options though.

I never look at memory QVL's. It's a small sample size and it's likely the modules aren't available or have changed if you can actually find them. Just pick a good kit, look for Hynix A if you want to overclock. You should be fine.
