Thinkbook 16 G7 Activation Issues
Hello y'all,
It’s simple: I bought a ThinkBook 16 G7 ARP, and the description clearly stated that the laptop comes with Windows 11 Pro. After a clean reinstall, Windows refused to activate, and ShowKeyPlus couldn’t find an OEM key in the firmware. Meanwhile, the computer’s packaging says ‘OS: No OS,’ and a Lenovo support rep claims Windows isn’t included with this model.
So the question is: what now? Why did I end up without a key and an activated system right after buying a computer with Windows 11 and making the very first move? An d how could this be fixed?
