Powerspec G455 PSU Fan vibration noise and warranty repair issues.

Hi! I have purchased a Powerspec G455 and have a hardware issue. I have notable rattling/vibration from the PSU fan that I can't seem to resolve. It appears to be from the fan itself and not just a vibration from the case. The problem is that I brought it in to have it looked at only to have the tech try to convince me that it's normal. I have never in my life heard a normal PSU sound like this. I know it needs fix/replace, but what can I do when the tech is listening with me and tells me it's "normal". It almost sounds like an old HDD writing data.

If I alter the air pressure with my hand, it can actually make the fan vibrate even more due to increased turbulence. I tried to show this and was told "That's how sound works."

So, in short, the PSU fan is audibly rattling or grinding and I'm reluctant to bring it back in and drop it off only to not get a repair again. Are there Microcenter techs on here who can verify this is not normal if I post a video that clearly captures the noise?

I love this machine and would like to fully enjoy it the way it's meant to be. Thank you so much.
