Help with a Build for Replacing Current PC

Hello, I am wondering if this build I have made would be able to run things faster and much better too. My current pc has a 3060, 16gb of ram, and has an AMD Ryzen Cpu that was made by CyberPowerPC and is about three to four years old.

When I got it, I wasn't very knowledgeable about tech/pc stuff and I have a 4k 144hz Samsung Monitor and as you can guess, it can't keep up with a lot of things, as of today Nov. 15, 2025, the pc has ran into a problem and restarted twice due to a memory problem.

Now, the build I have made, is what I would like to overcome this problem. I do mod games, have some apps/softwares in the background but one of the Windows Security services takes up a good portion of my RAM next to steam. The monitor is still good so I don't want to get rid of it.

Please let me know if this build will handle newer games, modding, and other stuff much, much better than my current one. Thank you!
