Inland Pad 19 Tri Model Numpad - USB not recognized (firmware update?)

Hello. I purchased the Inland Pad 19 Tri Model Numpad.

https://www.microcenter.com/product/692894/inland-pad-19-tri-model-numpad

The board works with the 2.4ghz receiver, but when I plug it in wired, I get the Windows 11 message "USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it".

I assume I may need to update the firmware, but I am not sure what the correct firmware would be. The "restore factory settings" instructions state:

  1. Press fn+ESC in order (wait 3 seconds); restore factory settings
  2. Download the correct firmware for your keyboard from our website and then unplug the data line from the keyboard
  3. Unplug the space bar key cap and find the reset point of the PCB
  4. Short-circuit the reset point for a long time, insert the keyboard data cable at the same time and then disconnect the reset point, and the keyboard enters DFU mode.
  5. You can then use the QMK toolbox to refresh the firmware
  6. Restore the keyboard to the factory settings again and press fn+ESC for 3 seconds

How can I get the correct firmware for this keypad or fix this issue?
