What's going on with the $25 submit a build coupon?

My build was approved on the 13th of November but no coupon was ever sent out.

I went to the 'submit a build' mega-thread to ask someone to look into it, but the mega-thread page shows a 'permission problem' error before redirecting to the general Microcenter support page.

The last reply to questions about the $25 submit a build coupon from a Microcenter rep was made by @PaulL in December of 2024, he stated that the coupon was suspended. This reply appears to be outdated as in March of 2025 I received a submit a build coupon which would indicate that it was no longer suspended at that point.

@MicroCenterOfficial I would appreciate it if you could shed some light on this matter and if possible help with getting my coupon sent out.
