PowerSpec G759 Led buttons on top on case don't do anything

I just purchased a G759 powerspec computer and the 4 led buttons don't do anything to control the led fan lighting. I am wondering if they forgot to attach the led controller buttons to the motherboard? I downloaded a program from ASrock called ASRRGBLED which does control the fan led lights.

Try holding the M button down for 5 seconds until the LED's flash.

That worked for the M button on the left to change the lighting on the fans, but the m button on the right still does nothing. Is the buttons on the right for controlling the leds on the water pump? The water pumps leds seems to match the led lights on the front facing fans, and I can't set it independent to the fans lighting scheme.

There's an icon. One side is for the fan center and the other is for the ring around the fan. Once you hold the button down, you toggle it into motherboard control and control it via software. Or you toggle it towards manual control via the buttons.
