I took off of work and had to drive 9 hours to pick up a gaming desktop that I reserved online. I checked out the desktop and received a confirmation email that my order was available and ready for pick up. When I get to the store I’m waiting for 30 minutes until I’m finally told that they can’t find the desktop anywhere in the back.
The worst part is I left empty handed on that desktop, the only suggestion they had was to get a desktop worth $500 more or pick a new computer entirely.
9 hour drive and PTO from work for absolutely nothing.
