Ripped off
I bought a cpu and installed it my self when back to the store to get a bio firmware update the want to charge me 30$ for it then they want to charge me a 50$ for a diagnostic. My Pc is perfectly fine it just needed the bio’s firmware upgrade. They just looking for anything to charge you for . Last time i would be shopping here.
