Guidance on Satisfaction Guarantee for Intermittent Dock Failure

Options

Hello,

I’m looking for guidance on the correct in-store process under the Satisfaction Guarantee.

I purchased a Satechi Thunderbolt 4 Multi-Display Docking Station from the Brooklyn location. The dock has developed intermittent display output failures — external monitors will sometimes fail to enumerate despite correct power, cabling, and software configuration.

Because the issue is intermittent, the device isn’t dependable for professional use even though it may function temporarily.

I understand this is outside the standard return window, and I’m not seeking a standard return. I’m looking for the proper way to have the device evaluated and resolved in-store under the Satisfaction Guarantee.

Should I bring this to the Service & Repair desk for assessment, or is there another recommended starting point?

I have a Micro Center Insider account and can bring the device and purchase details with me.

Thank you.
